Litherland Flower Show 2000 (Incorporating Merseyside Dahlia Association Show 2000)

A good entro of dahlias with seven exhidits in the champonship class. Jim Mccosh from Irby on the Wirral won Followed closely by Peter harker in seccond place and Stan Pennington of St Helens in third. Marty decided to stich to dahlias this year and gave the Knitting a miss But there was a rumor of Ron Rimmer entering the Home made Cake class, after sucess at southport with a Honey Cake. Ron it apears this year has decided to try his hand at Fuchsias and seems to be getting the hang of them.
