Delivery Policy
Dahlia Tubers are available from December until February and dispatch of tubers will be carried out during this period dependent upon customers delivery season preferences. During periods of extreme cold weather we reserve the right to suspend shipping until such time as temperatures permit safe transport of plants and tubers.

Tubers and plants are delivered by either Royal Mail or City Link dependent upon size of order.
Delivery’s marked no substitutes may be delayed if insufficient stock is available.
Collection of Orders
Orders may be collected from the nursery, please give a weeks notice prior to collection to allow our staff to collect your order together and bring it to the collection greenhouse.
Returns Policy
Should a customer not be satisfied with items received please contact Eurodahlia as soon as possible after receipt of order and we will endeavour to replace the items or refund payment provided goods are re-packaged and returned within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order up to 48 hours prior to dispatch.

European Union
European union dispatch of dahlia plants and pot tubers. Dispatch to European Union is either by Courier or Air Sure.
All stock will be supplied as mini plants in plugs. Please order early to avoid disappointment. If for any reason a variety cannot be supplied we will substitute with a similar variety unless otherwise requested on the order form. Should a customer not be satisfied please ring the nursery in the evening as soon as possible after receipt of order. we will refund payment providing a complaint is made and the goods returned within ten days of postmark. We usually ship tubers by airmail and plants by courier, check with the nursery for current rates.
